This report is based on a line chart. It uses an ASP.net web services plugged to the Tickets SharePoint list to retrieve and display the number of tickets opened per month for current year.
Overdues tickets
Breakdown of overdue and on-time issues.
This report aims at providing a visual balance between tickets processed on-time and tickets processed overdue through a pie chart. It uses a ASP.net web service plugged to the SharePoint site which computes data used to populate the chart.
Users workload
Active tickets assignment breakdown.
This report aims at providing usefull information about support team workload. It displays through a bar chart all users who have been assigned an active tickets and their corresponding workload.
Processing time
Tickets processing time segmentation.
This reports gives to managers a quick sight about support team efficiency by displaying through an histogram the number of tickets processed per processing time segments.
